"When I started the challenge my goal was to gain some core strength and to find the time for myself. Having the workouts be around 10 minutes made them feel doable. I haven't missed a day! I feel tighter and more confident. I'm proud of myself for making time to consistently work out, which I haven't done since becoming a mom almost 4 years ago."
