Welcome! I’m Ashley, an Exercise Physiologist specializing in fitness for moms. During my own pregnancy and postpartum experience, I realized how few exercise resources were available for moms. With a background in strength and conditioning and exercise science, I founded the first strength-training studio for moms in Philadelphia. Now, with a proven training approach, Active Mom Fitness empowers moms everywhere to stay active, strong, and confident through all stages of motherhood.
