Founder of Active Mom Fitness & Core, Function and Fitness Training Method.

Welcome! I’m Ashley, an Exercise Physiologist and Pre/Postnatal Wellness Practitioner specializing in fitness for moms. During my own pregnancy and postpartum experience, I realized how few exercise resources were available for moms. With a background in strength and conditioning and exercise science, I founded the first strength-training studio for moms in Philadelphia. Now, with a proven training approach, I empower moms everywhere to stay active, strong, and confident at every stage of motherhood.

I understand the barriers—fear, pain, lack of time, or not knowing which exercises are best—that can make staying active difficult. That’s why I’ve created personalized, manageable programs and the Active Mom Guide to help moms overcome these challenges and feel strong in their motherhood journey.
